Shipping & ReturnsShipping Shipping is handled on a “by weight and size” basis as to which companies we use. If a product is in stock and can be shipped UPS, it will typically be shipping out from Woodstar Products within 2 days of receiving a customer order. It will then take 4 to 5 business days to arrive at the customer’s location (per UPS guidelines). If the product is large, heavy or needs to be constructed, it will ship on one of our many freight companies and will typically leave here in two to three weeks. Once the shipment leaves here, it will take anywhere from one to five days for the customer to receive it depending on their location. The freight company will contact the customer to set up a delivery date and time. Customer's shipment will arrive either by UPS, Fedex Freight or on a semi-truck (LTL freight) from one of numerous trucking consignment companies. When your shipment arrives, you will need to have someone available to help unload the product. You will also need someone to sign for the delivery. Returns After customer receives their product, they must inspect it for any damage, shortages or shipping errors and notify us within 24 hours of any concerns. If no discrepancies are reported within 48 hours after delivery, it will be understood that the order was received complete, in good condition and that no future credit claims against this order will be made.  |
